All Welcome - classes are suited to all levels, from those new to Pilates & others who have been practicing for some time. Options for exercises are given for those wanting to work a little harder & challenge themsleves. Also ideal for anyone returning to Pilates after a break or wanting to brush up on technique. Classes focus on alignment, postural improvements, strengthening & toning. Classes will give you a solid foundation & understanding of the Pilates technique.

Intermediate - suitable for those who have experience of Pilates, who are looking to understand the technique & Pilates principles further. Classes include additional exercises from the Pilates classical repitoire aiming to build strength, increase mobility & flexibility. Classes focus on flow, precision & challenging core stability with more dynamic exercises building stamina with control. Building body awareness & confidence which can be utlised in all other exercise forms
